Terms of Service

TerraWell provides services on a project basis or as a recurring monthly arrangement. The nature of the work, whether a defined project or ongoing support, is agreed before it begins.

A written scope or proposal is prepared and agreed before work starts. It describes what will be done, what will be delivered, and the basis on which the engagement proceeds. Work outside that scope is treated as a new or amended engagement.

Deliverables and timelines depend on the agreed scope and on receiving the information, access, and responses needed to carry out the work. Where a timeline is affected by delays outside TerraWell's control, it is adjusted reasonably.

Ownership and use of the materials produced in an engagement are established in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, each party retains the rights it held before the engagement, and rights in new deliverables are addressed in that agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information, content, and access you provide is lawful, accurate, and yours to share. TerraWell relies on that information to perform the work and is not responsible for issues arising from information that is inaccurate or provided without the necessary rights.

Cancellation terms, payment terms, and any applicable fees are established before an engagement begins, as part of the agreed scope or proposal. Payment is arranged only after scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed.

Using this website, reading its content, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation to provide services. A relationship is formed only when a scope or proposal is agreed by both parties.
